The marking pattern for the exams is usually a sum total of 70 marks of final exam and 30 marks of internal . In the 70 marks, you have 10 marks objective questions in Part A. 5 , 3 marks questions for a total of 15 marks in Part B and 3, 15 marks questions for a total of 45 marks in Part C. There are choices in all sections most of the time. The pattern of whether to include choices varies every time. Your total marks out of 100 will be calculated by including the internal 30 marks as well as the final exam and a grade will be assigned. If total marks is greater than 90, you will be given O grade. If marks is between 80 to 90, you will be given E grade and so on. Hope this helps :)
