i want to change my branch from it to me nd i got 8.48 in 1st sem. and also stream topper pls pls tell me the procedure to change the branch

Thats a good SGPA to start with in the 1st Sem. The rule to switch stream is to obtain a YGPA of 8.5 and then apply for a stream change get in touch with the Registrar of your college.
