'X',Does it means year lack in 2013 for 6th sem in wbut?

I also got 'x'.. but I have no resupply.. or I have no backlog in 5 subjects in these 3rd year two semister... only I have 3 supply in this semester.. then how it can be possible? if u know any rules, plz call me 8145900518
