what is the min.avg marks upto 8th sem(wbut) required for participating any gov.job exam in all over india?

There is no particular answer to ur question, it varies job to job.In some cases your participation is not dependent on ur avg mark,but i would say around 5.5-6.0 ("Personal Opinion") All the best for ur govt. exams!!

i think nearest about 7.2 to 7.5........ if you got this u r no problem for gov.job
