when 28 out off 70 pass mark will start? or what is the new pass mark out off 70?? please tell me actual answer with 100% please thank you,

There is no such confirmed notice. Still pass mark is 40 out of 100 (Theory - 70 + Internal - 30).

Just a rumour is going all around.. No confirmation yet but WBUT yet.. Chill!! its not going to happen.. If it happen there will be Tsunami of supplies... :)
