Is cut-off marks is updated for theory exam that we have to get at least 28 marks out of 70 ????????

No confirmation of the news yet. However there is something posted by WBUT regarding some change of rules. The reason i'm saying some change of rules coz only WBUT knows what exactly they are trying to say via that notice.. about passing marks it is not mentioned...means it will be as usual(theory+practical=40)
