JOINT ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (WBJEEM) - 2015
It is the Entrance Test for admission to different degree level Engineering & Technology/ Dairy Technology/ Pharmacy/ Agricultural Engineering etc as well as degree level Medical/ Dental course in Universities/ University Departments/ Government colleges as well as Self Financing Colleges of the State of West Bengal.

Examination Fees for WBJEEM 2015 :-
Plus Service charges as per mode of fee payment and fee amount.
- Rs. 500/- for single course (Engineering or Medical)
- Rs. 600/- for both courses (Engineering and Medical)
Examination Centres : In West Bengal, Tripura (Agartala), Assam (Silchar) only.
Age Restriction : Candidates must be at least 17 (seventeen) years of age or above on 31.12.2015. There is no upper age limit except for the Marine Engineering Course for which upper age limit is 25 years as 31.07.2015. For Medical / Dental Courses, Candidate must be at least 17 (seventeen) years of age or above on 31.12.2015. There is no upper age limit.
Important Eligibility Criteria for Engineering : General candidates must secure at least 45% marks in Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational Subjects (Engineering Drawing / Computer Science) taken together (40% for SC/ST/PWD/OBC candidates) and at least 30% marks in English (for all categories) in 10 + 2.
Important Eligibility Criteria for Medical / Dental : General candidates must secure at least 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together (40% for SC/ST candidates, 45% for OBC-A, OBC-B candidates) and at least 30% marks in English (for all categories) in 10 + 2. In addition, candidates must have to secure at least 50 percentile marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biological Sciences taken together (40 percentile for SC/ST candidates, 45 percentile for OBC-A, OBC-B candidates) in WBJEEM-2015.
