If anyone can get 5 supplies in a year ...Then what is the rule?? .i got year lag?? Plz tell me . It is urgent?? I am in very tension.. plz anyone tell me .. plz plz

Yes, for 5 or more than 5 supplies, it will be year lag. My sister got year lag this year as she was unable to appear in 5 papers of 2nd sem.
