Hi, I am working at TCS Gandhinagar,Gujrat. I need WBUT transcripts & need to get marksheet/certifactes attested to apply for higher education. I would like to know when can I come to Kolkata for this as according to a recent notice Controller of Examinations office are not accepting these applications. I have been trying to connect to officers on call but failed. Any help is welcome.
