After 6th sem a Vocational Training should be done as per MAKAUT Syllabus ...If I do the training from here (on Hybrid car design ) instead of going any industry or factory,then tell me if the training certificate is acceptable.....

Yes, certificate issued after Hybrid Vehicle Design & Manufacturing Training will be accepted as Industrial Training certificate.
