which are the best books under wbut for all subjects in 3rd semester of cse stream???
In wbjee counselling if I get a seat in the 1st round and I book my seat by giving the amount of fee told by the wbjee board. now if i get a better college in the 2nd round of counselling and want to take admission in the 2nd one then will i have to pay that same amount of fee again or it will be adjusted from that previous one?

Sir I did not find study materials of all subjects of 3rd semestar. Sir I need those. When will I get those help papers?
