I am a passed out candidate from college of engineering and management, kolaghat on 2006 in electrical disclipline I got DGPA 7.5 in final year. I need documents from WBUT stating that dGPA 7.5 corresponding to 67.5% marks. It is required to submit in government exmination. kindly tell me how do i collect, can it be sent through mail
