I got supply in electrical nd electronics in 1st sem.. I gave exam..agian got supply.. And due to medical reasons I missed the date to submit pps ppr.. What to do if I want to do pps ppr.

Due to medical reasons travelling far is being restricted for me and my college is in 1hour train distance from my home ..currently i am studying in 1st year..i want to change my college in 2nd year to any nearby college...is it possible??please help
