now i am in 2nd year (3rd semester)..i failed in two subjects(mechanics,math)..i have mi-staked to review this paper...can i review now ?pls pls help me....if answer is yes pls tell me how?

At the time of campus placements,do the companies calculate the ydpa as % or they only check the ygpa(for example 7.5,6.8,etc.)???
my brother have ygpa 0f 7.2(all 8 semesters),will he be allowed to appear in campus placements???plz tell me..it's urgent!!!
