Which is best subject for choosing elective subjects such as e-commerce or image processing?
This year an extra round of counseling is being conducted and as per the rules it is stated that a candidate who has already taken admission through e-counseling can also participate in the mop-up round, so , actually I wanted to know about the fees to be paid at the allotted institute, whether the fee from candidate's last institute where he took admission will be transferred automatically to the new institute or the money will be returned to the candidate? Is there any rule regarding this or the board lacks any such rule? If the board lacks? What about the candidate's money? Will it ever returned? If yes , then how?

I am trying to fillup the indian army tgc form. where they are asking total marks and mark obtain in each semester. i dont know how to convert the cgpa in to marks. please help me to know how to calculate the total marks of each sem.Thank u.
