  2. Important topics for online test. (Domain & Non-Domain)
  3. Hacks (tips & tricks) for cracking the online test.
  4. A real online screening test experience (30 Minutes)
  5. Current Industry standard to follow. ( A Brief Masterclass)
  6. The real motive of Be Smarter Smartovations.

Day 2:-
Your presentation skills (verbal & non-verbal) matters a lot :-
  1. Deep theoretical knowledge on Group Discussion / Debate.
  2. Experience of a real Group Discussion.
  3. On-spot video capturing of the whole process and spontaneous feedback on your Performance from Mentor.
  4. Impromptu ( A new perspective of speaking skills)
  5. Experiencing a real corporate impromptu with live feedback.

Day 3:-
Your Personality speaks for you :-
  1. Personal Grooming (Concept & Style)
  2. Business communication. ( Do's & Don'ts )
  3. Appearance ( Hacks to dress relevantly dashing for creating an awesome influence ) ( Gender Specific Guidance )
  4. Corporate Politics ( Things you should stay away from, to retain & grow your position in a comapny. We will share the exact scenarios )
  5. *Mentor for Personal Grooming may come from Aviation Industry / HR.

Day 4:-
The essential documents and writing skills for your dream job. :-
  1. CV Making ( How to build a crisp yet powerful CV/Resume)
  2. On - Spot drafting of your CV ( To be submitted on the last day )
  3. e-Mail writing ( Write an effective e-mail, which gets replied back) ( Subject Line Composition )
  4. On-Spot trial to check the strength of your e-mail.
  5. The Corporate Simulation Game ( A Group Planning Exercise )

Day 5:-
The Final round to make you future ready!
  1. Personal Interview ( Concept & Style )
  2. Experiencing a real - recruitment drive ( One to One )
